I live a fabulous life!

I continuously have opportunities coming my way in life which I’m forever thankful for.  Opportunities to travel, to learn, to meet amazing people, to learn about different cultures, to coach and assist people, to train people on various concepts, to call clients and friends forth to step into their potential and make it a reality.

I have a loving, supportive family who are always a great part of my life.  I am lucky to have met so many wonderful people and those who I consider my very dear friends.

My  practice and my dreams lie in creating awareness of mind, body and spirit health making life better for the individual, and the universal energy.

My passion is helping people see the potential assisting them to step into it, have fun with the process and make what they see a reality!!
